The regular Registration Fee entitles the participant to have a single room (or a double room for the participant and one accompanying person, with the corresponding price increment). Students will be accommodated in double rooms. The hotel reservation will be made by the local organizers, provided that the attendee confirms his/her participation by sending the filled registration form in due time (deadline: August 18), with information on arrival and departure dates. After August 18 we cannot  guarantee new reservations.
