To apply to the 3rd ICTP LATIN-AMERICAN STRING SCHOOL send an e-mail to cordas@ift.unesp.br with Application in the subject. The text of the e-mail should contain the following information:

1) Applicant's name, 2) Date of birth, 3) Nationality, 4) Passport number, 5) Institution, 6) Institution address, 7) Highest academic degree and year when you obtained it, 8) Professor who will send recommendation letter, 9) Description of coursework in quantum field theory and general relativity, 10) Brief description of any previous experience with string theory.

After e-mailing the form, the applicant should ask one or more professors to e-mail a recommendation letter to cordas@ift.unesp.br with the applicant's name in the subject. The recommendation letter should describe the applicant's knowledge of quantum field theory and general relativity, and mention any previous experience with string-related topics.

Preference will be given to advanced graduate students who plan to participate in all three weeks of the school. For questions about the application process or any other aspect of the school, send e-mail to cordas@ift.unesp.br with Question in the subject.
